Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Zuora’s platform and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Partner with Account Executives to manage technical relationships with customers.
- Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations to executives.
- Build customized use-case demonstrations tailored to customer objectives.
- Address technical objections and secure technical wins.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence the product roadmap.
- Drive customer adoption and value realization.
- Support account plans and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Work with internal teams to design innovative solutions.
- Represent Zuora at industry events and webinars.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and manage escalations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting in a SaaS environment.
- Passion for learning about the Subscription Economy and quote-to-cash processes.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and SaaS/cloud business models.
- Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Value Selling.
- Working knowledge of API development and coding languages such as Java, PHP, or Ruby.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in FinTech or enterprise software.
