Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support production-ready AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automations.
- Architect scalable agentic AI solutions using RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory management, and enterprise integrations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Build and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Apply testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
- Mentor junior developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to AI standards, reusable components, and development practices supporting CIMA+'s long-term AI strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, AI, or data engineering, including deploying generative or agentic AI solutions to production.
- Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph and modern agentic AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure services including Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- French and English bilingualism is required for operations across Canada.
