Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, automation tools, orchestration layers, and reusable cloud-native solutions.
- Choose and implement low-code or pro-code approaches for AI solutions across projects and portfolios.
- Provide technical oversight, quality assurance, code reviews, engineering standards, and constructive feedback.
- Shape incoming demand by translating business problems into technical scope, effort estimates, and feasibility assessments.
- Own end-to-end governance and setup, including AI risk assessment, information security, data loss prevention, change advisory board processes, environments, licensing, and live release.
- Manage senior stakeholders and present, defend, and shape technical work with partners and business leadership.
- Support and mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across onshore and offshore resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document code, processes, and methodologies and stay current with AI advancements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through several years in a relevant role.
- Proven experience as an AI developer or engineer with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with working knowledge of Git and version control.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience building and orchestrating LLM agents, including prompt design, grounding and retrieval, structured outputs, and testing and evaluation of uncertain or nondeterministic behavior.
- Experience with cloud solutions, enterprise-system integrations through APIs, and enterprise guardrails such as AI risk assessment, information security, data loss prevention, environments, and licensing.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, teamwork, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Copilot Studio or another agent orchestration platform, mentoring or technical oversight experience, front-end or product design exposure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
