Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team execution, and make team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Drive coding standards, best practices, code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Perform and oversee Data Warehouse ETL Testing, including validation of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot data issues, and support data integration and ETL workflows.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing and strong knowledge of data integration processes and ETL workflows.
- Experience validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across data warehouses.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ETL testing.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, and performance tuning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
