Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve development processes and contribute solutions to technical problems.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM Pro Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
