Responsibilities
- Build and deploy practical AI tools, prototypes, applications, and agentic workflows that improve workflows, products, and productivity.
- Create reusable AI patterns, templates, best practices, APIs, SDKs, and shared services for adoption across Playtech.
- Partner with teams across business units to turn ideas into practical solutions and support hands-on AI adoption.
- Evaluate and optimize solution quality, cost, performance, and operational outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate AI risks and contribute to AI standards, governance, security, and responsible-use practices.
- Stay current with AI developments and translate insights into demos, workshops, recommendations, and internal enablement.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and help raise the organization’s AI engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong interest in enterprise AI and enthusiasm for continuously learning about new developments and trends.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, ML, or LLM-based systems.
- Experience designing platform-level capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, or shared services consumed by other engineering teams.
- Practical understanding of LLM APIs, vector stores, RAG, evaluations, agent frameworks, and developer assistants such as Cursor.
- Understanding of software architecture and version control, including Git, through development experience or equivalent hands-on AI experience.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, explain trade-offs, mentor others, and work with varied stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with Google Cloud AI services, including Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and ADK, is advantageous.
- AI evaluation, AI security, agentic development, MCP, multi-agent systems, RAG implementation, Cloud DevOps, Terraform, AI governance, regulated industries, and Python experience are additional advantages.
