Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a distributed engineering team while aligning cross-functional groups on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Design and deploy scalable software and advanced serving architectures, including optimization of the LLM serving stack.
- Architect and tune high-performance network transport across NICs and platforms for HPC, RDMA, and ML workloads.
- Develop strategic roadmaps connecting RDMA, storage, and AI/ML infrastructure and track advances in training and inference.
- Integrate networking, storage, hardware, and software systems for seamless hardware-software operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience designing and architecting, testing, and launching software products.
- Experience with C, High Performance Computing, Remote Direct Memory Access, Storage Systems, System Design, and Kernel Drivers.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes 8 years with data structures and algorithms, 5 years in technical leadership leading project teams and setting technical direction, and 3 years in a complex matrixed organization.
- Experience with Storage Systems or Machine Learning Infrastructure is preferred.
Benefits
- US base salary of $262000-$364000, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
