Responsibilities
- Design and architect services powering AI-based tools and platforms.
- Build intelligent platform capabilities that improve software quality, engineering productivity, and developer workflows.
- Design and integrate LLM- and AI-agent-powered workflows using modern AI frameworks.
- Develop services that integrate with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams on technical roadmaps and platform strategy.
- Drive engineering excellence through reusable platform components, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering tooling and developing solutions for the organization.
- Proficiency in Python and one or more modern programming languages such as TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience building services, automation frameworks, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience building AI-powered engineering productivity platforms.
- Preferred hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Preferred understanding of RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI system design, AI observability, evaluation, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf.
- Preferred experience integrating AI capabilities into quality engineering workflows and working in Agile environments with modern planning, collaboration, and engineering management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
