Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce and SaaS enterprise solutions for public sector and federal modernization initiatives.
- Lead solution architecture across integrations, security, scalability, platform governance, and complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Support early-stage client conversations, technical approaches, proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
- Own technical solutioning for key bids and guide business development teams.
- Balance client-facing pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership.
- Help expand ICF’s Salesforce practice through offerings, innovation, strategy, mentorship, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and residence and work authorization within the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance.
- One or more mainline Salesforce certifications, with preference for Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect certifications.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions Accreditation, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, and Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
- Preferred experience supporting defense or civilian federal agencies, FedRAMP or high-security environments, large-scale public sector modernization, enterprise clients, proposals, and executive-level client engagements.
- Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows to accelerate software delivery within Salesforce environments.
