Base Salary
$250k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of new core-platform features.
- Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript and backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate with product, design, customers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Own feature delivery from ideation through production and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, code-quality standards, development processes, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-stack engineering experience with expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- At least 1 year of proven technical leadership experience, ideally including mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience at a startup or fast-growing technology company is required.
- Experience with scalable, high-performance applications, end-to-end feature ownership, and technical roadmap contribution is expected.
