Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution for federal Internet and Intranet website support and modernization.
- Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership across Drupal and .NET web environments.
- Oversee website performance, capacity, responsiveness, and traffic-support requirements.
- Lead integrations involving Appian, SharePoint, IBM DB2, enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, cloud environments, and government systems.
- Oversee organizational management and technical staff supporting contract requirements.
- Lead Section 508 compliance and develop and maintain accessible federal websites.
- Support modernization, maintenance, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise architecture requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders, federal technical personnel, and contractor teams while applying Agile, Lean, and SAFe concepts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 10 years of .NET experience and 10+ years of federal-sector experience.
- At least 5+ years of Drupal experience.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience and experience serving as a team lead.
- Experience integrating Appian, SharePoint, and DB2.
- Experience designing and creating websites for the Federal Government.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and SAFe concepts and sufficient Section 508 expertise for accessible federal websites.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field.
- U.S. citizenship or three years of Legal Permanent Resident status and federal tax compliance are required by the contract/client.
- Preferred qualifications include DOL/WHD experience, federal legacy modernization, large-scale Drupal performance management, AWS, DevSecOps, CI/CD, federal UX and U.S. Web Design Standards, ATO processes, security compliance, and multi-contractor development environments.
