Base Salary
$300k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from research to production deployment.
- Design and build systems to extract structured data from financial documents.
- Develop systems that retrieve and reason over data from fragmented enterprise systems.
- Build predictive models for forecasting brand sales and financial performance.
- Detect anomalies in retail and sales data.
- Create recommendation systems to optimize retailer promotions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience.
- Strong background in ML systems design and production deployment.
- Experience with LLMs and NLP systems.
- Product mindset to translate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs is a plus.
- Experience building agentic workflows or retrieval systems is a plus.
- Startup experience and comfort in ambiguous environments is a plus.
