Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning and align quality objectives with project goals.
- Manage test execution, monitor testing metrics, and support timely defect resolution.
- Identify process improvements that increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior quality engineering team members and support their professional growth.
- Drive adoption of best practices and innovative approaches within the quality engineering team.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Perform independently and serve as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in C++ Programming Language.
- Proficiency in C++ Programming Language.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, principles, and lifecycle management.
- Experience developing and implementing test strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assessment.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
