Base Salary

$129k - $231k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build the agentic resolution platform, including intake, classification, action execution, verification, human-in-the-loop fallback, agent state, memory, tools, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Develop production LLM application patterns involving prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, multi-model routing, hybrid retrieval, knowledge bases, evaluation, drift detection, and feedback loops.
  • Architect and operate Kubernetes-based container and serverless workloads, write Python or Go platform services, automate provisioning and deployment, and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines for model and agent versioning, canary or blue-green deployments, evaluation gates, and rollback.
  • Own observability, SLOs, SLIs, reliability standards, agent-decision telemetry, model-inference metrics, self-service patterns, and golden-path developer templates.
  • Implement security controls including network policies, pod security, secrets rotation, vulnerability scanning, access controls, policy-as-code, and automated compliance checks.
  • Partner with reliability engineers and architects, establish engineering standards, conduct architectural reviews, mentor engineers, and drive measurable deflection and toil-reduction outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering discipline.
  • At least 7 years of progressive technology experience with hands-on architecture and delivery of automation, AIOps, agentic systems, or cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
  • Production experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions, including agent runtimes, multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and memory or state management using a framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP.
  • Production experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and multi-model routing.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, EKS or equivalent, containerized workloads, Terraform, and AI services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on Python development including asynchronous programming, packaging, and performance optimization; Go experience is a plus.
  • Strong CI/CD experience for AI and agentic workloads, including deployment, versioning, canary or blue-green strategies, evaluation gates, and rollback.
  • Experience implementing AI evaluation, guardrail, drift-detection, human-verification, and feedback-loop frameworks in production.
  • Experience implementing cloud-native security controls in regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of operational ML, AI observability, ServiceNow integration, chat-based intake platforms, vector databases, hybrid retrieval, internal developer platforms, backend APIs, databases, message queues, distributed systems, policy-as-code, FinOps, and cloud cost governance.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and an enterprise observability platform such as Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated industries and demonstrating measurable operational-toil reduction is preferred; frontend experience with React and TypeScript is also useful.
