Base Salary
$90k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, and triggers.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
- Modernize and improve the Salesforce environment, including legacy architectures and technical debt.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Flow automation, opportunity management, and case management.
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce environments, including customizations, integrations, and established business processes.
- Ability to work with legacy Salesforce architectures, older Apex code, workflow rules, and non-standard automation patterns.
- Proficiency with Aura, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include developer leadership or mentoring experience, Agentforce experience, Salesforce Developer certification, declarative and custom development experience, and legacy-environment modernization experience.
