Responsibilities

  • Advise enterprise customers on the design, validation, and deployment of VMware Kubernetes Service solutions on VMware Cloud Foundation.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to validate architectures and demonstrate business value.
  • Collaborate with field account teams and sales to develop customer proposals and advance customer opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on Kubernetes adoption, CI-CD integration, scalability, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Create reference architectures, deployment patterns, and technical assets to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Deliver technical presentations to architects, business leaders, and executive decision makers.
  • Partner with product management and engineering to provide field feedback that influences the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10+ years in technology-related roles, with depth in enterprise IT architecture, application modernization, or cloud-native platforms.
  • Deep expertise in containers, Kubernetes distributions, and VMware Cloud Foundation products including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise customers to deliver technical solutions and drive platform adoption.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, collaboration, solution-design, and business-value articulation skills.
  • Certifications in cloud-native or public cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Red Hat RHCA/RHCE on OpenShift, are highly desirable.
  • Thought leadership experience and specialization in Telco, FSI, or LATAM are preferred.
