Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services.
- Configure integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, identity management, financial, vendor, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain integration reports, calculated fields, transformations, and supporting configurations.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective solutions.
- Create and execute unit, system, integration, and regression test plans for integrations, enhancements, releases, and vendor changes.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Evaluate Workday bi-annual release impacts, validate functionality, and implement required integration updates.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions and support process automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a technically related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least five years of work experience, or a master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field with three years of experience.
- Four or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs, and SFTP technologies.
- Experience independently managing integration enhancements, implementations, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting global organizations and multi-country Workday deployments.
