Base Salary
$143k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build highly interactive applications that scale with application complexity.
- Create tools, libraries, and frameworks for other developers and improve platform functionality with AI/ML.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable code and apply software engineering best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, own code from design through delivery, and design extensible customer-facing software.
- Contribute to new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; candidates with a bachelor’s degree need 5+ years of software industry experience.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or analysis.
- Significant experience designing and implementing highly interactive, high-volume applications.
- Expertise with Java, JUnit, REST, JSON, AI/ML concepts, relational databases, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with machine learning, natural language systems, large language models, conversational AI, and natural language processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
