$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to evolving the AI security agent Hai with natural language insights and secure action workflows.
- Build components that integrate AI design patterns into the HackerOne platform.
- Implement features for AI red teaming agents to identify risks in LLMs and applied AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Security Research, and Customer Success to define engineering requirements.
- Develop APIs for secure interactions between AI models and internal services.
- Use metrics and telemetry to validate model behavior and enhance system performance.
- Break down complex AI and security problems into scalable solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI security trends and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience implementing features in production-grade AI or ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.
- Familiarity with model deployment workflows and MLOps concepts.
- Understanding of responsible AI development and AI safety considerations.
- Must be able and willing to come to the office once per week.
