Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner and trusted advisor for strategic clients.
- Develop technical mastery of the RapidSOS platform and client ecosystems.
- Lead diagnostic sessions to identify root causes of technical challenges.
- Architect and co-develop innovative solutions for unique client needs.
- Proactively analyze client systems and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Build trust through patience, empathy, and political navigation.
- Identify new expansion opportunities to deliver further value.
- Serve as the client's technical advocate within RapidSOS.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions.
- Pre-sales experience with complex API-based or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong consultative and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on long-term client success.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
