Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate software components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement software development best practices to improve performance, scalability, and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and align software solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies through continuous learning.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for full-stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and complex troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day-shift environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
