Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction and architectural strategy for a scalable enterprise product platform.
- Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements through shipped products.
- Build AI-powered tools that help non-technical teams create and manage sophisticated workflows.
- Build monitoring and analytics that provide actionable insights into AI-agent performance.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
- Mentor engineers and improve team practices through code review, technical design, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack software products.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and/or Python, with strong architecture and systems-design skills.
- Experience designing elegant abstractions and platforms for diverse use cases.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives and building consensus across teams.
- Ability to balance technical excellence, rapid iteration, and customer needs.
- Strong product intuition and experience translating user feedback into technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards.
