Responsibilities
- Create AI skills, agents, and workflows to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI to develop market data feeds and calculations and to perform testing, configuration changes, and production deployments.
- Work with application teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Design and develop systems that enhance the team’s market data services.
- Participate in requirements, development, deployment, and subsequent Level 3 production support.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling of exchange market data.
- Research low-latency technologies to maintain competitive market data systems.
- Support and manage mission-critical applications and perform Linux troubleshooting, monitoring, and system parameter tuning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience with C++.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-driven development and system integration.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing multithreaded systems using C++ and Linux.
- Experience with Python, Perl, and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
- Experience supporting and managing mission-critical systems.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems for troubleshooting, monitoring, and system parameter tuning.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Financial market data experience and experience developing or supporting feed handlers or market data consumer applications are desired.
- SQL experience, especially with Sybase or DB2, is advantageous.
- Java experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and multicast connectivity and data transfer concepts is desired.
