Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major areas of backend architecture, including business logic and APIs.
- Write and ship high-quality code, building and deploying new features end-to-end.
- Architect large-scale systems to manage increasing load and complexity.
- Define and implement modern testing and observability practices.
- Build scalable abstractions and frameworks for faster product development.
- Lead and mentor engineers, sharing best practices and shaping engineering culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven success in designing and scaling robust, high-quality systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional partnerships.
- No specific tech stack required; strong engineering skills are prioritized.
