Responsibilities
- Design, code, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud-based environments.
- Lead technical and architectural design for scalable regulatory reporting solutions.
- Implement big-data processing and AI agentic solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into AI-driven technical approaches.
- Provide technical leadership and share expertise in emerging AI technologies.
- Maintain application suites across varied technical infrastructures and architectures.
- Promote code quality, engineering best practices, responsible AI governance, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience in programming, small- to large-scale applications, frontend and backend engineering, test-driven development, microservices, and architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with foundational models and APIs such as OpenAI and Claude, AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and MCP server implementation.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Spring, Scala, Spark, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js, .NET, Python, HTML5/CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud microservices and platforms such as OpenShift, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience with data lakes and database engines such as Snowflake, HDFS, Databricks, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong team leadership, written and oral communication, presentation, stakeholder analysis, and project communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Tableau, Kafka, Redis, Jenkins, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, Apigee, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus IQ, SonarQube, UCD, and Artifactory.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
