Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Write automation using C#, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Troubleshoot build failures and improve build-platform performance.
  • Support Git-based workflows, with Perforce experience considered a plus.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Packer, Ansible, or Chef.
  • Improve reliability, observability, and developer workflows across the build platform.
  • Contribute to incident response and continuous system improvements.
  • Partner with EA studios and developer teams to scale build and preflight systems.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of software engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Have experience with large-scale build and release systems or developer platforms, such as AAA game or DevOps platforms.
  • Have experience with CI/CD principles and workflows.
  • Be proficient in one or more scripting or programming languages, including C#, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Be familiar with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Have clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
