Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and adapt Sift’s platform to their needs.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Sift APIs.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Create and maintain integrations with common engineering tools.
- Prepare materials and assist with technical onboarding and customer training sessions.
- Build trust-based customer relationships and act as a technical partner and advocate.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or another STEM discipline.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Passion for aerospace, autonomous systems, or advanced engineering applications.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
- Ability to travel 10–15% as required by location and customer needs.
- Preferred experience includes aerospace systems, satellite operations, autonomous vehicles, data streaming, time-series databases, SQL, databases, cloud platforms, complex-system integrations, and machine learning or AI applications in engineering.
