Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external or internal systems.
- Use Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Orchestration, Cloud Connect, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and APIs to build integration solutions and workflows.
- Deploy and support integrations in production, resolve incidents, and monitor inbound and outbound processing.
- Assist with data migration and maintain compatibility with Workday quarterly releases.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, business analysts, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and resolve integration issues.
- Document system designs, architecture, workflows, and code while mentoring developers, analysts, and technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
- At least 5 years of experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders and managing multiple projects.
- At least 5 years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend and Orchestration.
- At least 1 year of proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Studio.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
- Workday Integrations Pro certification is preferred.
