Base Salary
$68k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular, AngularJS, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Java.
- Apply software development best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, quality standards, and software lifecycle practices.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, product owners, design leads, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver features and align solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers while leading and managing development teams.
- Evaluate front-end technologies and use enterprise tools, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering processes and platform operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalability issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular and AngularJS, and Java development.
- Solid knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with version control systems and RESTful APIs is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in internal communication or related marketing and communications industries.
- Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted development practices.
