Responsibilities
- Design, set up, and build customer CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and related technologies.
- Build continuous integration pipelines involving Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI, binary repositories, distribution, and continuous build tooling.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Development, developers, and DevOps professionals to support customer outcomes.
- Train customers and the open-source community on JFrog and DevOps technologies.
- Influence JFrog tool features and product roadmaps based on customer needs.
- Stay current with DevOps, CI/CD, and related technology trends.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and the community.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with continuous integration tools including CI servers, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and NPM.
- Ability to build software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, Git, binary repository management, binary scanning, and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of infrastructure and operations, including storage, networking, computing, security, and public or on-premises cloud environments.
- Experience with continuous deployment and delivery tools including Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on Linux experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure is mandatory.
- Experience working directly with customers and strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Experience with server-side software in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Software architecture design and product development experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and an open-source mindset.

- Remote work is available within the East Coast and for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Atlanta office.
- Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 CAD.
- The role may include discretionary bonuses or commission payments and restricted stock units.
