Responsibilities
- Build Intelligent Automation roadmaps and action plans for the Norwegian market with the global service unit.
- Lead business cases, governance, change management, process analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assess automation technologies in the context of customer business needs.
- Select appropriate technologies and lead the development of scalable, enterprise-level automation initiatives.
- Serve as a subject-matter advisor and expert voice for Norwegian customers.
- Participate as a billable consultant in customer engagements.
- Support pre-sales and sales activities related to automation.
- Build and develop relationships with customers and external partners.
- Contribute to the continued development of Vivicta’s Intelligent Automation practice with global expert teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Intelligent Automation.
- Experience in consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.
- Experience with pre-sales and sales support in automation.
- Experience with AI, automation, and process-improvement projects.
- Strong expertise in RPA, process mining, process development, business process modeling, process optimization, automation architecture, and agentic AI.
- Experience productizing services and developing repeatable solutions.
- Ability and willingness to work across disciplines and collaborate broadly in a global organization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
- A can-do attitude and ability to contribute effectively in a global team environment.
