Base Salary
$210k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for agentic financial audit experiences.
- Own complex engineering problems and drive them to resolution.
- Design and build agent-driven workflows, balancing AI autonomy and human judgment.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to influence roadmap and strategy.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
- Contribute to the interview process to help scale the team.
Requirements
- Seasoned full-stack engineer with experience in large, complex projects.
- Proven ability to set technical direction at the team or organizational level.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with unclear requirements.
- Strong technical collaborator influencing product and design decisions.
- Experience using AI coding tools in software development.
- Ability to quickly build domain knowledge in financial auditing.
