Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of strategic full-stack initiatives across the SOAR platform.
  • Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js and modern frontend applications using React.
  • Design scalable and resilient distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Drive technical direction for cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of major product capabilities from architecture through deployment and production operations.
  • Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead architectural reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and improve platform scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster engineering excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Evaluate new technologies, improve developer productivity, and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering large-scale full-stack software applications.
  • Expert-level experience developing production-grade backend services with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience building modern frontend applications with React.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience designing scalable data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience leading system design and architectural discussions and independently delivering large engineering projects.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive engineering best practices across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity platforms.
  • Preferred: experience defining reusable frameworks, shared platform capabilities, and engineering standards.
  • Preferred: familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, and developer productivity tooling.
  • Preferred: experience leading cross-team technical initiatives and influencing architecture across multiple engineering teams.
