
Staff Developer - Full Stack

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of strategic full-stack initiatives across the SOAR platform.
- Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js and modern frontend applications using React.
- Design scalable and resilient distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive technical direction for cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Own end-to-end delivery of major product capabilities from architecture through deployment and production operations.
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
- Lead architectural reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and improve platform scalability and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Evaluate new technologies, improve developer productivity, and reduce technical debt.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering large-scale full-stack software applications.
- Expert-level experience developing production-grade backend services with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience building modern frontend applications with React.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience designing scalable data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading system design and architectural discussions and independently delivering large engineering projects.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive engineering best practices across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity platforms.
- Preferred: experience defining reusable frameworks, shared platform capabilities, and engineering standards.
- Preferred: familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, and developer productivity tooling.
- Preferred: experience leading cross-team technical initiatives and influencing architecture across multiple engineering teams.
