Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable containerized microservices.
- Contribute to RESTful API design and development for data integrations.
- Deliver web applications, system integrations, and data solutions in cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle execution.
- Resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to support sprint delivery and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and organizational stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Apply company quality and security standards throughout software development activities.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
- Review system specifications and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Document technical designs and communicate architectural decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to engineering processes, technologies, and delivery methods.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, design, and deployment.
- Experience developing applications across multiple system architectures.
- Expertise with JavaScript and modern TypeScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, and streaming data architectures.
- Development and deployment experience using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices environments.
- Strong understanding of secure software development best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft D365.
- Preferred proficiency with AWS Glue for data cataloging, schema discovery, transformation, and job orchestration.
- Preferred experience querying structured and semi-structured data in Amazon S3, including Parquet formats.
- Preferred expertise with Python and Golang.
