Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain USL and rACE financial systems with high availability and data integrity.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Develop variance-reconciliation solutions that ensure consistency and accuracy across financial platforms.
  • Drive operational excellence through monitoring, alarming, and automated issue resolution.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability for growing transaction volumes.
  • Participate in on-call support and resolve critical production issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and raise technical standards through code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
  • At least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
