Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding workshops tailored to customer needs.
- Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
- Demonstrate new features to customers and assist with implementation planning.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Support the sales cycle with technical workshops and proof of concept development.
- Create examples and guides to facilitate customer understanding.
- Maintain plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns.
- Represent client requests to the internal product team.
- Work with support engineering to resolve customer challenges.
- Assist marketing and product research teams in customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
- Advanced experience with frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
- Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
- Experience implementing headless CMS or ecommerce solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing solutions with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and structured approach.
