Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and validate AUTOSAR MCAL drivers for ADC, PWM, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, GPT, and DIO.
- Implement and debug BSW ComStack modules including CanIF, CanSM, CanTp, PduR, Com, Dcm, and Nm.
- Configure RTE and AUTOSAR OS, including tasks, ISRs, alarms, and resources.
- Bring up AUTOSAR stacks from Vector, Elektrobit, and ETAS; integrate software components and resolve integration issues.
- Analyze bus traces, stack traces, OS runnables, memory, and timing issues and fix defects.
- Configure DCM and DEM and support UDS diagnostics services.
- Manage AUTOSAR configuration using DaVinci Configurator/Developer and EB tresos.
- Develop unit and integration tests, execute HiL/SiL tests, and support automated build and test pipelines.
- Follow ASPICE Level 2+, MISRA-C, and ISO 26262 safety work-product processes.
- Prepare release notes, design documentation, configuration baselines, and audit-support materials.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on embedded software development experience using C for 16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR methodologies and workflows, including MCAL, BSW, and RTE.
- Hands-on device-driver development experience.
- Experience with cross-compilers, debuggers, and emulators.
- Experience with power modes, UDS, diagnostics, bootloaders, CAN/LIN communication protocols, and tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe.
- Experience with static-analysis tools, unit-testing tools, and test execution.
- Strong software-debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, current probes, signal generators, and other measurement tools.
- Exposure to ASPICE automotive standard processes.
- Overview-level knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety.
