Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Linux/Ubuntu cloud environments for software-defined vehicle development and testing.
- Integrate build, test, debug, static-analysis, GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and artifact or ALM services.
- Build, operate, and improve automated CI/CT/CD pipelines for vECU builds and automated test execution.
- Monitor pipelines, analyze failures, improve reliability, and track duration, success rate, and utilization KPIs.
- Define and maintain configuration-management practices for repositories, branches, releases, cloud images, pipelines, and environment configurations.
- Ensure reproducibility and traceability across code, configuration, and environment baselines.
- Coordinate with global SIL, project, IT, and cloud teams to support pilots, rollouts, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain concise configuration-management documentation and reporting while aligning with SDV lifecycle, test strategy, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar field.
- 4–8 years of experience in DevOps or build engineering for embedded or automotive software, including configuration management in multi-team environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Ubuntu, AWS or an equivalent cloud platform, Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions, Git and branching strategies, C/C++ build systems, and Python scripting.
- Solid understanding of configuration-management concepts such as baselines, releases, variants, and CI pipeline integrations for analysis, testing, ALM, and artifacts.
- Experience with AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive and global R&D collaboration.
- Strong ownership of end-to-end workflows, troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills, clear communication, documentation discipline, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Experience with SIL, vECU, HIL, test automation, Docker, infrastructure as code, security/export-control/license constraints, or AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot is preferred.
