Base Salary

$192k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert across business and technical domains.
Lead the planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
Own medium to large features or infrastructure projects from technical design through completion.
Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to solve challenging problems.
Lead and mentor engineers and engineering teams while setting technical direction and improving engineering practices.
Deliver large or complex technology capabilities within or across team domains.
Identify and mitigate cross-team project risks and support a collaborative engineering culture.
Influence technical and product roadmap prioritization and process enhancements.
Reduce failure domains, build software that limits maintenance and failure impact, and guide development of Service-Level Objectives.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations and perform other assigned duties.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
5+ years leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables.
5+ years leading technical contributions and improving the quality of team output.
5+ years applying computer science concepts in a team setting.
5+ years setting and enforcing standards for stable, correct, and maintainable code.
5+ years leading technical teams, including mentoring and training junior engineers.

Hybrid Los Angeles work schedule with three days in the office per week, including required Thursdays; the other two office days are flexible.
Base salary of $192,000–$252,000 per year, plus company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
