Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable features for FinTech products.
- Champion best practices for software development life cycles.
- Build automated testing to ensure quality of changes.
- Monitor feature rollouts for success and failures.
- Collaborate with peer engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Drive high-quality team output and solid technical decisions.
- Work with PM, UX, and QA on new features and products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming Languages such as Java or Kotlin.
- Exposure to a wide array of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience building Backend Services and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems from hands-on experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure like AWS.
- Ability to collaborate organically with other engineers.
- Experience shipping production services while balancing stability and reliability.
- Demonstrate humility, empathy, and respectfulness.
