Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Document software solutions through specifications, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and other formal documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide project status updates, MIS reports, customer responses, and feedback on usability and serviceability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Agentic AI.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system issues, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams and provide clear technical and status communication.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
