Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand requirements with engineering and program management staff.
- Translate requirements into technical designs and present and review those designs with team members.
- Implement requirements in software components and applications.
- Verify technical, functional, and corporate requirements before delivery.
- Investigate and address requirement violations in software systems.
- Track and report tasks, deliverables, and issues to the software engineering team.
- Follow corporate processes and standards and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience, graduate degree and two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Four years of progressively advanced commercial or government software development experience.
- Four years of C# and Visual Studio experience; Java may be accepted as a substitute.
- Four years of experience with relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and programming languages.
- Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include complex problem solving, technical design communication, WPF/XAML, SOLID principles, design patterns, UML, Azure DevOps source control with Git, and multithreaded application development.
