Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Scale Netflix developer platforms from early adoption to broad usage through product decisions and cross-company partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end Netflix Cloud developer experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Build and operate Tier-0 control planes with accountability for reliability, scalability, and cost.
- Build sandboxing, identity, governance, and shared human/agent interfaces for safe AI-agent interaction with infrastructure.
- Define platform defaults, provider guarantees, self-service boundaries, and guardrails.
Requirements
- Experience owning and scaling a developer platform in production.
- Strong product judgment focused on customer goals and adoption constraints.
- Ability to set direction and iterate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working in multi-language, multi-service codebases using Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals, including race conditions, signal synchronization, and control-plane design, supported by experience handling failures.
