Responsibilities
- Own customer and partner technical onboarding, integration timelines, and go-live readiness for API-based implementations.
- Support pre-sales and partnerships through technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFPs, questionnaires, and proof-of-concepts.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, reproduce problems, develop workarounds, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers.
- Run developer and operator workshops and training focused on API best practices, examples, and implementation guidance.
- Create and maintain reference architectures, integration playbooks, checklists, and internal enablement materials.
- Capture customer feedback, identify recurring pain points, and contribute to product and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong experience with APIs and integrations, including REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication concepts, OAuth, API keys, Postman, and cURL.
- Comfort with at least one programming language, such as TypeScript, Python, or Java, for prototypes, integration validation, and workaround testing.
- Strong communication skills for demos, solution design, and technical enablement with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Experience owning complex customer or partner integrations end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and driving timelines to completion.
- Experience building repeatable processes for intake, triage, enablement, and scaling services.
- Fluent in English.
- Fintech, payments, cards, ERP, accounting integration, or European language experience is advantageous.
