Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions using component-based application development.
- Test applications using test-driven development and behavior-driven development frameworks.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and identify implementation gaps.
- Implement CI/CD processes using DevOps automation tools and practices.
- Build and publish reusable libraries to improve productivity across teams.
- Implement and maintain complex enterprise software solutions through successful application deployment.
- Solve difficult technical problems to deliver testable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- At least three years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch, plus knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
- At least two years of experience developing REST-based services.
- At least three years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- At least one year of experience implementing solutions through software development life cycles.
- Preferred experience includes building microservices, using Postgres or Oracle, and working with Kafka-based data streaming.
- Preferred experience includes DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Gradle, Sonar, Jenkins, and JFrog.
- Preferred experience includes JUnit, Mockito, Karate, and Cucumber testing frameworks.
- Exposure to PCI-DSS, secure coding best practices, and Scrum or Kanban environments is preferred.
