Responsibilities
- Build distributed systems for Detectify’s Attack Surface Management product.
- Architect how Detectify exposes its capabilities to agents, including MCP design, agentic workflows, and tool surfaces.
- Run coding factories and background-agent loops.
- Ship hands-on product work rather than operating only at the strategy level.
- Coach engineers across the organization on agentic ways of working.
- Help set direction for AI adoption and build a cohesive AI strategy.
- Enable observability, resilience, and cost optimization.
- Build systems for reconnaissance at scale, asset classification, and actionable attack-surface analysis.
Requirements
- Experience architecting distributed systems across different companies and domains.
- Previous experience orchestrating multi-agent systems and understanding their operational constraints.
- Knowledge of how to make agents run reliably and evaluate when agents help or create chaos.
- Ability to work without complete information and evaluate solutions in Detectify’s context.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create alignment and move teams toward shared goals through demonstrated results.
