Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven Salesforce applications.
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents to automate business processes.
- Develop autonomous agents for business functions and workflow orchestration.
- Implement AI-driven workflow automation using Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Configure prompts and workflows for effective AI solutions.
- Design human-in-the-loop AI experiences balancing automation and governance.
- Build AI-native user experiences integrating intelligent recommendations.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Design scalable architectures combining structured and unstructured data.
- Develop reports and analytics leveraging CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve software delivery and code quality.
- Ensure solutions comply with security and governance standards.
- Support Agile development activities including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Must be local to the DMV area for onsite support.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
- 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.
- Experience developing AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance.
- Experience in Agile development and continuous delivery environments.
