Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven Salesforce applications for mission effectiveness, operational efficiency, and user productivity.
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and declarative capabilities.
- Configure Salesforce Agentforce agents and develop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for workflow orchestration, knowledge retrieval, recommendations, and mission execution.
- Implement AI-driven workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Configure prompts, agent actions, grounding strategies, knowledge integrations, retrieval mechanisms, and orchestration workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop AI experiences with governance, transparency, accountability, and mission oversight.
- Build conversational, recommendation, workflow automation, and decision-support experiences within Salesforce.
- Integrate Salesforce and Agentforce with enterprise systems, data platforms, and external AI services.
- Design scalable architectures combining structured data, unstructured content, enterprise knowledge, and AI reasoning.
- Develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and AI-driven insights using CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and DevSecOps Engineers.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, automate testing, and increase developer productivity.
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, responsible AI, compliance, and federal standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and continuous delivery.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve Salesforce applications, agents, automations, integrations, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Local residency in the DMV area with the ability to support onsite requirements in Washington, DC.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
- At least 5 years of enterprise Salesforce application development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and platform customization.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud.
- Experience developing agentic workflows, intelligent automation, autonomous agents, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise knowledge integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, governance, compliance, responsible AI principles, Agile development, and continuous delivery environments.
