Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate backend services for savings and investment products.
- Develop and maintain automated savings goals, investment portfolios, and the Invested Money Box.
- Own AWS-based infrastructure and contribute to architectural improvements across wealth-related services.
- Investigate production incidents, debug complex issues across services, and improve system reliability.
- Translate financial requirements into scalable technical solutions with strong performance, data integrity, and transactional consistency.
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams and contribute to code reviews, post-mortems, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer building and maintaining scalable microservices.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with exposure to cloud environments and relational databases.
- Strong focus on performance, data integrity, and transactional consistency for savings and investment products.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Passion for FinTech, wealth management, or startup environments and fluency in English.
