Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Order Management System features across Java backend and JavaScript frontend components.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain standards for code quality, usability, and performance.
- Optimize backend and frontend performance for scalability and low latency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems in a financial trading environment.
- Contribute to feature planning, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant work experience.
- Strong unit testing experience.
- Strong JavaScript development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, execution, and code review skills.
