Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate financial platforms and core lending services.
- Build systems capable of processing large-scale transaction data with strong data consistency and system stability.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Finance, and engineering teams to solve complex financial problems.
- Develop and launch new financial services and improve customer financial experiences.
- Support reliable and scalable platform operations, including incident management and monitoring.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of backend development experience.
- Experience with distributed systems based on Java or Kotlin and the Spring framework.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the capability to implement effective solutions.
- Interest in developing customer services and supporting business development.
- Motivation to continue developing as a software engineer.
- Preferred: strong understanding of JPA and MSA.
- Preferred: experience in the payment domain.
- Preferred: experience with large-scale operational systems that include incident management and monitoring.
- Preferred: familiarity with agile software methodologies.
- Preferred: experience with reconciliation of high-volume data.
